岗位描述：

1. Take charge of Bioduro Wuxi Site operation, including facility management, EHS, Admin, IT, logistics and DCS.

2. Lead Wuxi Operation team to establish integrated, highly efficient, professional and compliant operation system to support Bioduro businesses

3. Establish integrated FM (facility management) functions for Bioduro Wuxi site, including helpdesk, work order system, engineering, fix assets management, lab equipment management, soft service, security, etc.

4. Enhance the EHS management system of Wuxi site, including chemical hygiene, biosafety, engineering safety, radioactive safety, environment protection, occupational health, waste management, etc.

5. Improve the processes and efficiency of logistics and import & export.

6. Construct highly efficient inventory management system, including management of POU, chemical, biological reagents & consumable and intermedia, etc.

7. Continue to construct the IT infrastructure, helpdesk, IS application system and informatic security system to fit business needs.

8. Build the professional, open and strong operation team. Work with all talents of operation to manage career development.

9. Collaborate with scientific & non-scientific departments, region & global functions and external resources to provide high quality operation services.

任职资格：

1. Bachelor degree or above

2. More than 10 years pharmaceutical industry or R&D operation experience. And more than 5 years management experience of operation team.

3. Familiar with all pharmaceutical R&D operation functions, including facility management, EHS, Admin, logistics, inventory management, IT, etc.

4. Good oral & written English. Have work experience of international company.

5. Great communication skills.

6. Strong leadership and strategic thinking
