岗位描述：

• Be responsible for leading recombinant protein production and protein characterization projects. Manages the design, validation and execution of assays for timely delivery on high quality recombinant protein products.

• Be responsible for running the Protein Sciences lab. Provides technical solution on the platform and provides guidance with strong trouble-shooting skills. Monitors and manages resources. Develops new capabilities in protein sciences.

• Supervises and trains members of the Protein Sciences group. Maintains high productivity of the group and ensures timelines are met. Ensures proper training and full compliance of EHS rules.

• Effectively communicates with clients on the project update, trouble shooting and timelines.

任职资格：

• Ph.D. degree with at least 3 years or M.Sc. degree with more than 6 years’ working experience in protein sciences, molecular biology, structural biology, cell biology, or biochemistry

• In-depth understanding and strong hands-on experience and proficiency in protein production in various expression systems

• Hands-on experience in protein characterization methods including HPLC, MS, DLS is strongly desirable

• Knowledge and experience in other biophysical assays (e.g. SPR, ITC) is a plus

• High sense of responsibility, excellent scientific communication skills, and creativity are essential to fulfill the requirements of this job.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills both in Chinese and English

• Good laboratory practices and teamwork skills
