任职资格：

• Collaborate with the Purchasing Team/ Business Stakeholders to deploy and manage Lab Capex/ Capex maintenance / Engineering projects to meet business requirement and achieve annualized spending optimization target

• Create Category Management Initiatives in Supplier management and Requirement standardizations to realize cost reduction via various approaches.

• Comply with Procurement Policies to complete supplier selection through Global partnership/ Outsourcing/ DD.

• Proficient in cost analysis to drive single negotiation to make buying cost competitive.

• Guide and sustain procurement excellence across internal and external partners by digital / technology applications in order to reduce requirement and service complexity.

• Assist other category/ projects if necessary
