Bahelor degree or above in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacology, and other related life science disciplines.

>5 years project management experience in CRO or biopharma industry

Excellent organizational skills

Excellent communication skills, ability to engage leaders and peers, cross-functional team members.

Good understanding of CRO project life-cycle and project management process, proven track record improving PM processes, e.g. quotations, project data tracking and analysis

good customer service mindset, customer-oriented, result oriented

Prior team management experience including workload and performance management
