Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field with 3+ years of experience in an industrial or academic lab setting.

• Excellent background in organic chemistry and hands on experience with oligonucleotides solid-phase synthesis.

• Experience with instrumentation such as analytical and prep HPLC, LC-MS, NMR, etc. is required.

• Good understanding of chromatography and experience in developing methods (IEX/RP HPLC, LC-MS) is a plus.

• Ability to function within a highly interdisciplinary environment is a must.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills, the ability to multitask, and the ability to work within a team and/or independently are required.
