Principal Duties and Accountabilities:

• Work independently to design/direct animal studies, bioanalysis and in vitro ADME assays

• Provide intellectual input and practical training for Scientists in the group

• Build and lead a new team of Scientists to perform big molecule PK study

• Serve as DMPK representative in integrated project team

• Prepare thoroughly researched proposals/reports and communicate with clients for new studies

• Prioritize in vivo/in vitro PK studies and bioanalysis and set study plans for the project

• Solving complex daily problems and provide solutions

任职资格：

Hiring Requirements:

Ph.D. degree with 10+ years related working experience or Master/Bachelor with 20+ years of related working experience; oversea working experience and experience in big molecule PK is preferred.
