Group Leader of DMPK

岗位描述:
• Responsible for method development and performing LC-MS/MS and ligand binding assays, and applying these methods to a broad range of biotherapeutics for early and late stage products and/or characterization of biologicals including; proteins, antibodies, peptides, and conjugates.
• To provide ADME/DMPK expertise, including PK/PD, to drug discovery projects and innovate to help define project strategy and deliver agreed project objectives
• Must be able to interact effectively with multi-disciplinary project teams
• Expected to execute, tabulate data, provide data interpretation
• Revise/review/author test methods and technical reports.
• Develop a workflow to maximize instrument uptime and provide high quality data with the minimal resources needed to achieve this goal
• Lead team, schedule, and train employees in client environment
• Ensure adherence to highest quality and efficiency standards in laboratory operations
任职资格:
• Ph.D degree in analytical chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacology or related science and 4+ years of relevant experience, or Masters level degree with a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience or Bachelors level degree with a minimum of 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, as demonstrated both internally and externally-essential
• Experience in motivating and developing others, e.g. mentoring of junior scientists-essential
• Broad experience of DMPK project support across different phases of drug discovery (e.g. active-to-hit, hit-to-lead, lead optimisation).
• Productivity/Organizing/Planning: Meets deadlines, demonstrates effective use of time, and handles multiple assignments simultaneously -essential
• Willingness to Acknowledge Areas for Growth: Understands need for growth and is receptive to constructive feedback;
• Detail-Oriented: Follows precise procedures and demonstrates thoroughness in performing job tasks and assignments;
• Experience with PK/PD modeling using Phoenix WinNonlin software- Desirable;
• Desire to learn new techniques and participate in cutting-edge projects- Essential;
